[Progress.075] AirCon pipes connected, ground floor roofing almost finished...

There will be 2 sets of photos from past 2 days shown in this post.
First set were taken yesterday (06/12), this one shows the whole ground floor roof covered in sarking. The machine used for moving roof tiles was back again.

This one shows part of the alfresco roof at the back. You can see the sarking (shining silver coloured), fascia (creamy white) and gutter (dark grey). And I think the light grey coloured board at the bottom of the sarking is the "anti-ponding board".

This one is from the bay windows at the front, also showing similar details as the previous photo.

I was quite happy to see these shining air conditioning pipes been installed.

I can roughly see this air conditioning pipe in the first floor ceiling which looks like an alien...

Don't know what is this, looks quite complicate to me...

The whole alfresco roof is now covered by sarking, as it blocked the sun light, looks a bit dark compared to before.

After so many days of rain, the alfresco floor is now flooded with water. I start wondering whether it worth the money we saved by doing the slab after hand over...

The last photo shows a new grey pipe at the side of the house, connecting straight to the first floor roof. I think that's for the air conditioning as well.

The second set were taken today from my mobile. Early this morning, there were 5 guys working on the roof. It was cloudy but an afternoon storm was forecasted, I believe they were like me, trying to get the roof covered before the storm. Before I left, I confirmed with them the first floor roof hip issue raised last time will be fixed.

The storm this afternoon was quite strong and according to the radio, it caused lots of damage. As I was quite confident about the roof been fully covered, I wasn't worrying at all. Late in the afternoon, as shown below, it looks quite good with the whole roof covered... Then I noticed something wrong...

The hip on the first floor was indeed fixed, but the area under the 2nd and 3rd window from the left, behind the front porch, wasn't covered at all!! What's going on??!! I can't imagine how much rain has flow through that huge hole during the wild storm which lasted a few hours...

This is from the other angle. The resolution from the mobile camera wasn't that good, will try to take a few more better ones this weekend.
