Issues:
1. Found a hole on the floor board of bedroom above garage
2. 2 "Noggings" in frames of bedroom above garage damaged - Noggings removed, front of frames covered by board
3. Meal room window needs to be raised - issue resolved
4. Sewage pipe (in front of property) broken

    do you need to have gas meter installed first before the gas pipes can be installed

    In my vague memory, I think it was all arranged by the builder and we didn't have to do anything. Probably the pipe first then the meter.
